Class Descriptions

AQUA Low impact Water Aerobics class, work to your own intensity. 9:30am classes are in the outdoor pool in summer.
Gentle AQUA Lower intensity water aerobics class, great for seniors.
Always in the indoor heated pool, year-round.
Functional Circuit Strength 45min Functional training where you complete multiple exercise stations with a focus on strength and power exercises for an all over workout.
Functional Circuit Cardio 45min Functional, station based circuit class with exercises that will make you sweat. Work your arms, legs and lungs and raise your heartrate. This class is in the hall or sometimes outside.
Circuit Boxing Grab some gloves and mitts and take part in a class that offers a mix of toning and aerobic workout. Bring your own gloves or use ours. This class is in the hall or sometimes outside.
Circuit Beginner A great starter class, lighter exercises, lower weights at an easier pace. Learn what it’s all about in a welcoming environment.
YOGA Re-balance and restore with this gentle but steady practice to reset your mind and body. Create strength, stability, and support for the whole body by syncing breath and movement.
Spin Spin bike class. High intensity class on our exercise spin bikes. This class is in the hall or outside. Spaces may be limited.
Stretch Start the week with a low impact flexibility class. Participants often do this class before they jump in for Aqua or the gym. Max 45min
Recover Freshen up with a low impact recovery class, a mix of light exercises
Teen Gym For teenagers 13yrs, this quick 30min class provides a mix of core strength and aerobic exercises in a safe supervised environment.
Class of the Month We mix this one up each month to add fresh variety and innovative workouts. Often this class offers two or three different levels for all fitness levels, beginners to expert.
