Book a birthday party during Jump Fest and get:
– Entry to Jump Fest including the hall and pool inflatable

Jump Fest parties are NOT exclusive use, there is tons of room to share the fun with general entry customers.
You can as long as you wish, but parental supervision is essential.

FAQ’s

What are the Ages?
There is a junior zone for the dryland inflatables.
Indoor Pool Inflatable – due to shallow water restrictions this indoor inflatable is restricted to ‘Primary School Aged Kids’

Swimming Ability
To use the pool inflatables, everyone must be able to swim without a flotation aid.
Expect to fall off into deep water and swim 10m back to the pool edge.
Outdoor pool inflatables will be in 2m deep water during the summer season.

How many people are in a Family?
Family entry is for 5 people, extra people cost $5 each. As listed on your medicare card.

I have a swim / gym / learn to swim membership, do I get a discount?
Your membership covers pool entry, not inflatable access. Full fair applies if you wish to go on the inflatables.

Can I buy a multi-day pass?
All entry is for the day only.

Do I need to pre-purchase tickets?
Simply come along on the day or you can buy a Family Ticket Online
You can pay Cash, EFTPOS, Credit, Apple-pay etc.

Can I bring food?
Yes, although the kiosk is available, you are welcome to bring a picnic lunch. Just remember there is no Glass or Alcohol allowed and no food or drink on the inflatables. BBQ’s are available in Summer.

Are there time restrictions?
No, enjoy the fun all day without limitations. Inflatables are up 10am to 4pm & you can swim before and after.

Bad Weather
Inflatable are setup indoors with the exception of the outdoor pool inflatable in summer. In the event of heavy rain or high winds, the outdoor inflatable will not be used.

Parental Supervision

  • Parental supervision is essential at all times
  • Children (under 10 years) are not allowed entry unless under active supervision of a person 16 years or older.
  • For 0–5 year olds and non-swimmers, a parent or guardian needs to be in the water at all times and within arms’ reach of the child
  • For 6–10 year olds, Constant active supervision is required
  • For 11–14 year olds it is recommended that you physically check up on them on a regular basis
  • Pool Staff are not a substitute for proper parental/guardian supervision

Keep Watch at Public Pools Policy

Children (under 10 years) are not allowed entry unless under active supervision of a person 16 years or older. Parents and guardians should actively supervise their children at all times
0–5 year olds and non-swimmers
A parent or guardian needs to be in the water at all times and within arms’ reach of the child. It is best if you are engaging with your child i.e. playing with them, talking to them.
6 – 10 year olds
Constant active supervision is required for children aged 6–10 years old.
Parents and carers must be prepared to enter the water with this age group.
11–14 year olds
It is recommended that parents regularly check on their child by physically going to where they are in or around the water.
