Class Of The Month
Each month we feature a special class just to add some variety to your group exercise routine. The classes in BLUE above are our feature classes for this month. As usual you’re welcome to come along and there is no need to book. Look out for something new next month.
Spin Bike & Krank
A fantastic new spin class that features our latest piece of equipment the “Krank Cycle”. Combine a lower body workout on our traditional spin bikes with an upper body Krank Cycle, whilst always working your aerobic fitness. Great fun and a new challenge.
AQUA
Our most popular class, AQUA has something for everyone. Held in our indoor heated swimming pool year round with an occasional trip to the outdoor pool in mid summer. The great thing about aqua is that it’s low impact and there is no steep learning curve.
Gentle Aqua
Gentle Aqua is just like our normal aqua only at a lower intensity. Very popular with seniors and those returning to exercise after injury or a long break. The class is very easy to pick up and everyone is welcome.
Kick Pad Class
An intense combat class popular with both guys and girls. In this class you will work hard as you focus on the pads and working your aerobic and anaerobic systems.
Spin & Boxing
We created this class to as may found a full 1 hour spin class to be a little boring. The combo spin and boxing class solves this as you won’t have a chance to stop and think! A total body workout for guys and girls.
Circuit
A combination class using the machines, weights or stadium floor-space. We mix it up so there is always something new. It focuses a little more on strength and toning and a little less on aerobic / cardio, so it’s a great class to mix in with your weekly routine.
Teen Gym Training
This is the time we welcome 12 to 16 year old’s to to come along and workout in the gym. Not an actual class, but our staff will be available to assist and advise while you exercise on the equipment in the gym.
