There are no group fitness classes on the public holidays
Here is our new Fitness Timetable. Starting July 2nd and running through to the end of September. We have mixed it up so you can now get a different workout each day. Plus classes are at the same times each day, easier to remember & easier to plan your week.

Our morning Circuit classes are proving popular with great variety each day. The 45min class is perfect for people who want to get their exercise done and get on with their day.

Spring Fitness Class Timetable
Starting in September our spring timetable features our brand new circuit classes, extra Aqua Aerobics along with stretching and recovery. Now with 30 classes a week!
Filthy 50's and Horrible 100's
'Class of the Month' is a gym fitness class that's different each month for added variety. For August we have a Time Trial - Filthy 50's and Horrible 100's.
Filthy 50's is a circuit of 50 reps per exercise. This workout should not be taken lightly, it will challenge and push your limits. If 50 reps seems too easy we also have Horrible 100's! Classes are on Tuesday 6:00-7:00pm and Thursday 6:15am to 7:00am. Check the Class Timetable
