Filthy 50’s and Horrible 100’s
‘Class of the Month’ is a gym fitness class that’s different each month for added variety. For August we have a Time Trial – Filthy 50’s and Horrible 100’s.
Filthy 50’s is a circuit of 50 reps per exercise. This workout should not be taken lightly, it will challenge and push your limits. If 50 reps seems too easy we also have Horrible 100’s! Classes are on Tuesday 6:00-7:00pm and Thursday 6:15am to 7:00am. Check the Class Timetable
